世界人工智能博览会 — 由世界人工智能组织（WAIO）、中国国际贸易促进委员会（CCPIT）与中国服务贸易协会共同主办的国家级国际 AI 顶级盛会，北京设立永久会址（2026.09.22–24）。规划面积 100 万㎡、100+ 国家与机构、5 万+ 专业观众，并在开幕日发起「人工智能联合国（UN of AI）」全球共建倡议。

WAIE 被定位为继广交会之后又一国家级国际科技经贸超级平台 — 北京永久会址 + 常设秘书处 + 全球巡回分会场，打造年度固定国际 AI 顶级 IP。议程采用「1 场主论坛 + 4 大顶级峰会 + X 场平行活动」结构，覆盖治理、算力、身份、产业四大主线。展览以「1+3+N」金字塔布局展开：塔尖治理馆（UN WAIE ID、AI 安全与伦理合规）、塔身天 / 海 / 地三大算力主题区、塔基 60 万㎡ 千行百业产业应用馆；开幕式同步启动「人工智能联合国（UN of AI）」共建倡议，主张算力民主化、数据主权与社区共治。

WAIE is built as the next state-level international tech & trade super-platform after the Canton Fair, with a permanent Beijing venue, standing secretariat and global rotating sub-venues. The agenda follows a 1 main forum + 4 summits + X parallel events structure across governance, compute, identity and industry. The exhibition uses a 1+3+N pyramid layout — apex governance pavilions (UN WAIE ID, AI safety & ethics), mid-tier space / ocean / ground compute zones, and a 600,000㎡ industry base — and culminates in the launch of the United Nations of AI initiative for democratized compute, data sovereignty and on-chain community governance.
